Corporate Plan
The corporate plan is our overarching internal planning document which outlines important elements of our business and sets key objectives and strategies for a three year period to give effect to our vision to be “an international leader in the provision of independent public sector audit andrelated services”.
This plan also describes the implementation framework which focuses on our clients, our products and services, our people and our business performance.
Over the life of this corporate plan we will derive annual business plans, each presenting the objectives, strategies and key initiatives in more detail to build our internal capability to meet our obligations and guide our progress. In turn, the business plans will be supported by more detailed operational plans at service group and support area level.
