Workplace diversity

The ANAO is committed to promoting and supporting social justice, equity and diversity in the workplace by recognising and promoting in its people a range of abilities and skills, and also valuing those with different languages, cultures and backgrounds.

OurWorkplace Diversity Program sets out policies, priorities, responsibilities and performance information for all staff. We also have a network of trained Harassment Contact Officers to provide support and advice to staff as required. Table A1-4 outlines specified diversity categories within salary levels at the ANAO.
