Case management efficiency of the Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions
The objective of this audit is to examine the efficiency with which the Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) manages cases referred to it by investigative entities.
The ANAO proposes to examine whether the CDPP:
- has efficient arrangements for the assessment of referred cases; and
- effectively monitors and reports on its case management performance.
