The focus of this report will be on the outcomes of the 2024–25 performance statements audit program of 21 Commonwealth entities. These include all the departments of state, the largest department of the Parliament, and significant entities comprising the Australian Taxation Office, the National Disability Insurance Agency, the National Indigenous Australians Agency and Services Australia.
